These terms describe the standard application and ordering framework operated by VAULTROW LLC for the YUYQA wholesale program.
1. Applications and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, inventory allocation, pricing validity, credit, marketplace authorization, or an order. VAULTROW LLC may verify business identity, sales channels, purchasing capacity, marketplace standing, and compliance before approving an account.
2. Minimum orders and pricing
The published standard programs begin at $7,500, $15,000, and $30,000. Unit calculations are estimates based on the published retail reference and tier rules. The final invoice controls the approved quantity, unit price, shipping treatment, and total due.
3. Payment
Approved orders are paid by bank transfer according to instructions sent by the wholesale team. The website does not collect payment. Credit cards, PayPal, checks, cryptocurrency, and unapproved third-party processors are not part of the standard program.
4. Documents and authorization
Commercial invoices, authorization letters, and supporting documents are issued after payment is confirmed. Documents apply only to the approved buyer and order and may not be altered, transferred, or used to misrepresent an account or purchase.
5. Fulfillment
Standard preparation is up to two business days after cleared payment. Domestic delivery is normally four to seven business days, subject to destination, carrier conditions, inventory allocation, labeling requirements, and events outside reasonable control.
6. Marketplace and resale compliance
Buyers are responsible for their marketplace accounts, listings, taxes, permits, product claims, customer service, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules. Approval to purchase does not guarantee approval by Amazon or another marketplace.
7. Communication
Standard wholesale communication is handled by email through contact@vaultrow.com. Payment instructions should be trusted only when they come through a verified wholesale conversation.
